    Wash and dry produce. Peel and mince or grate ginger . Peel and dice half mandarin orange into bite-size pieces (set aside for use in Step 4). Zest and halve remaining mandarin orange. Trim and discard root end from baby lettuce ; chop leaves into bite-size pieces. Trim and halve radishes ; thinly slice into half-moons.

    Open package of shrimp and drain off excess liquid. Heat cooking oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add shrimp, half garlic powder , salt , and black pepper ; cook, stirring occasionally, until shrimp is browned and cooked through, ⏱️ 5 minutes .

    In a small bowl, whisk together rice wine vinegar , soy sauce , honey , half sesame oil , remaining garlic powder , olive oil , and juice from orange halves (all the sesame oil and 1 TBSP olive oil for 4 servings).

    Add red cabbage and carrot mix , baby lettuce leaves (from earlier), radishes (from earlier), and half wonton strips to a large bowl. Transfer shrimp to bowl. Add dressing and toss until evenly coated. Divide chopped shrimp salad between bowls. Top with diced mandarin orange and remaining wonton strips. Serve.
